Shipping Policy — DogyPro

Order processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (United States): Standard tracked shipping takes an estimated 8–15 business days from dispatch. During busy periods or customs processing, delivery may occasionally take a few days longer.

Tracking: Every order ships with a tracking number, trackable at 17track.net or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at Inuodaas1@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right — replacement or refund.

Address issues: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us immediately if you notice an error and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
